Currently the School Faculty keeps in regular touch with many countries and regions (America, Canada, Australia, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Israel, France, Germany, England, Bulgaria, Yugoslavia, Hongkong, and so on), and keeps a close cooperation relationship with many higher institutions (Peking University, Tsinghua University, Nanking University, Fudan University, University of Science and Technology of China, Jilin University) and many institute of Chinese Academy of Science (Beijing Chemistry Inst., Beijing Physics Inst., Changchun Applied Chemistry Inst., Shanghai Inorganic Chemistry Inst., Shanxi Daily Chemistry Inst.).

The School invited many domestic and international scholars for exchange every year. The School has established regular academic exchange system with Changyuan University of Korea and Kyushu University of Japan. The following scholars were once invited to the school to give lectures: Prof. Gacher (Energy Institute of Germany), Prof. Arnold (Queensland University of Technology, Australia), Prof. Pavlov (Academician of Bulgarian Academy of Science, Chairman of International Plumbic Acid Battery Association), Dr. Zhang Zenghui (National University of Singapore), Prof. Zhou Gongdu (PKU), Prof. Song Xinqi (Tsinghua Univ.) and Prof. Ma Dawei (Shanghai Inorganic Inst. of CAS).
